Sellers gives every Clouseau fan exactly what they are looking for in this brilliant example of cleverly written slapstick comedy. Todays comedic filmmakers could learn a thing or two from Edwards and Sellers's perfect mix of wonderfully clever writing and healthy use of physical comedy to make this much more than just your average bumbling detective film.
