The most beautiful, discreetly erotic movies I have ever seen! It's a mesmerizing study of love, obsession, and loneliness by for me the greatest filmmaker that has ever lived. I remember watching it as a boy and it being somewhat of a sexual awakening (you know, late night movies on Channel 4!) and now, as an adult, it continues to inspire me as a filmmaker.
I can't recommend it highly enough! Beautiful.
