Definitely black but not much comedy. Very slow paced with many nuances from actors faces that I know I missed. A character study movie in which I was taken in by the horrible happenings to the lead character.
And just when it was starting to come together, another horrid ending from the Coen brothers. The characters were great and portrayed magnificently, however the story just didn't come together in end.
