It definetely earns its nc-17 rating here. About the most disturbing film I've seen, and in some ways exploitive torture porn in the literal sense. Some of the acting here is pretty shitty, but it doesn't take away from the intense elements.
Once you've seen this, and Human centipede II, you've seen it ALL.
