Its a hard one to judge. You will never forget the film, but that may not be a good thing. If you are ok with seeing some pretty sick things, then its a decent enough film. Surprisingly well made when you consider the content, if anything it proves how easy it is to make a very smooth film.
Even one with a pretty aggressive story.
