A new standard in transgressive cinema, A Serbian Film is not for anyone who can even remotely get offended by something. Brutal, extremely explicit, and as twisted as film gets, A Serbian Film easily outdoes numerous films that generally appear on top 10 most disturbing films lists.

I highly recommend that you do not watch it. That being said, it is a brilliant, beautifully shot piece of transgressive cinema that brutally critiques our media culture and its need for titillation as well as serving as an allegory of how capitalism rapes and murders the masses of the world.
