You can very, very easily just give it a 0.5 and dismiss it. Indeed you can.
I don't know, its a tough one. I almost gave it a 3.5, but there are quite a few things that just aren't handled well, and choices that weren't made that could have made the movie quite a bit better.
Its well made, its shocking, its disturbing at a few levels.
