No one has a slight opinion about this film. Many seem to disregard it a s merely shock and gore for their own sake, but I really enjoyed it. It was hard to watch. Painful even. The most outrageous thing I have ever seen.
It defintely breaks taboos that you would never have even considered. DeSade would be proud. Still, despite coming away from it totally wrung out emotionally, I couldn't wait to see it again, if only to be sure that I just saw what I thought saw.
It's not for everyone and I am loathe to recommend it to most folks, but I think it took a lot of hard work and dedication on the part of the crew to create this film and definitely broke new ground.
