Horribly dark and twisted making The Human Centipede movies look pale by comparison. That being said it isn't a terrible movie and the story, while shocking, is well done considering the content. Be careful what you get yourself into seems to be the lesson.
It is painfully obvious this will end well for no one. (Rated NC-17 yet still couldn't prepare me for this one).
