Review of A Separation (2011) by David M — 02 Sep 2015
A gripping portrayal of several families being torn apart, portrayed so convincingly that you often feel as if you in the scene with the actors. Presents American audiences with a view into a foreign culture that we know from a distance, but don't really understand.
It is also an inspiring example of how a world-class movie can still be made with a small budget.
