1990s America has become a paranoid, police state, as dangerous drugs rob a generation of young an gifted Americans of their futures. Substance D, a killer designer capsule drug is flooding the markets wreaking havoc on young Anaheim citizen.
Substance D has upset the balance in the household of Bob Arctor, a house of aimless stoners, to the point that their hover on the edge of their downward spiral takes a drastic deep plunge. They become increasingly paranoid, even to the point of suspecting that one of them is a narcotic officer.
Is this just another paranoid delusion?
