Unique and near-future tale of what happens when off balance cops use hallucinogenic, psychotropic substances. Visually slick with a unique style, even Keanu Reeves manages to get out of his whispery, monotone acting persona enough to entertain.
This film surprised me to be sure. Woody Harrelson is hilarious as a drug induced alter-ego.
