The second Keanu-Wynona duet. Okay, Keanu might be stiff and flat. But the story about drug-control police officer and his junkie friends in the near future is really interesting. Woody Harrelson and Robert Downey Jr.
completely steal the spotlight from Keanu delivering a comedic and vulgar approach to the story. Must watch.
