Robert Downey Jr, even as a cartoon, is outstanding. Of course it would be remiss not to mention Rory Cochrane and Woody Harrelson's over the top paranoid yet comedic performances. Keanu Reeves still bores me, but the premise of this movie remained quite entertaining.
