Review of A Scanner Darkly (2006) by Max J — 12 May 2010
Just as confusing as the book actually. The "animation" comes across as a novelty after a little while and can get a bit distracting. Still, interesting and just as funny as the book (if you can call a bunch of paranoid stoner behavior funny) and the tone of the book was the same.
If you are a fan of Phillip K. Dick, you'll dig it. Or a fan of Linklater for that matter.
