A Scanner Darkly (2006).
A great experimental film dealing with future hallucinegetic drugs, split personalities, a police outfit that changes the way you look every few seconds and seen through the experimental use of rotoscope animation.
Bob Arctor (Keanu Reeves) is deep undercover, but he's also deeply into drugs and his friends, Jim Barris (Robert Downey Jr.) and Ernie Luckman (Woody Harrelson), as well as the police and his girlfriend, Donna Hawthorn (Winona Ryder) are all jumbled up in the confusion.
