Absolutely amazing period piece. This should have won so many more major Oscars. Ivory has done a fine job directing this masterpiece. Daniel Day Lewis is priceless. Denholm Elliot, Maggie Smith, Rupert Graves, and Judi Dench give prized supporting roles.
Overall, a FANTASTIC film.
