Review of A Quiet Place Part II (2021) by Risonyeong — 17 Jun 2021

Good enough for that long long wait but first thing comes to mind........ PLEASE PLEASE DON'T MAKE PART III. don't kill this clever movie. it has been a long while since we have one. I could not bear another scene of using ur hearing aid to distract the extremely menacing alien and blowing its head off, then smirk a little. emily is a seasoned actor so her doing it is not cliche but get both young actors to do it, is a disneyfication of movies for me. too much to bear.

Putting in cilian murphy was quite a good move and this new role is refreshing for a usually clean shaven actor. even thro the dirt and beard, his portrayal shines thro. very tortured mysterious painful. not a fan but who can forget 'red eye', ínception'even in Dunkirk his role stuck in ur mind.

Emily did not have a good run hear as she ran out of nails to step on. but the young boy was pretty good considering the complexity of his role battered with low confidence.

Hopefully this is the end of the story. oh last thing ... no series pls.....
