Review of A Quiet Place (2018) by Dylo — 07 May 2018

It's a pretty good movie if you watch it in a theater, mostly for the good acting. There are some silly moments like silent baby birth, and pointless death of the father given how simple and close he was to figuring out how to kill those creatures, so it's hard to believe he didn't come up with what to do and only his daughter was able to.

Creatures themselves are not scary, you will see similar ones in thousand other thriller / allien movies. But what I was most disappointed with is when they cut the movie at its peak, at its culmination and at the most interesting moment right before the major fight of the whole movie.

Who does that? Bummer ... Otherwise, worth to watch compared to how much crap is produced nowadays.
