Logic fails!
No.1.
Waterfall. If they can talk and even scream next to the waterfall, why the hell won't move whole family over there? Build a hut or some shelter and be safe. If you can scream, you can use a generator and have an electricity.
No.2.
If your woman is pregnant and it is few weeks or less to the due date you not going to a river for fishes you send your kids (the girl was like 10 or 12 yo).
No.3.
Newborn baby doesn't cry.
No.4.
For 3/4 of the movie they can't speak a word in da house. After that the husband talk to his wife by normal volume of voice.
No.5.
For almost 450 days no one in the world - any army, any scientist couldn't figure it out that the sensitive sound creature are ... sensitive to ultrasound.
Good movie but not logical at all.
