Review of A Prairie Home Companion (2006) by Kirstie Q — 15 Nov 2007

I've always loved Robert Altman films especially the Player. PHC was definitely a signature Altman film and the cast were so natural and really at home with his style of film making even Lyndsay Lohan! The writer who played the announcer was by far the best thing in it and the pace was just what you need for a Sunday afternoon wrapped up in a blanket movie.

If you like quirky character based films you'll find this a nice surprise.
