Review of A Place in the Sun (1951) by Joe T — 29 Nov 2008
Starts out slow but becomes engaging as Montgomery Clift's murder plot starts to go all kinds wrong. I became livid then when the jury found him guilty -- because he DIDN'T do it! A challenging and morally ambiguous tale.
It's hard to know who to root for because he DID want to murder her.
