Review of A Place in the Sun (1951) by Krista C — 31 Jul 2007
One of the best films of all time. I've seen it a few times now and even though I know exactly what's going to happen or what's coming next it's still fantastic. Only thing that I find annoying, which they tend to do in films of this time are those soft focus close ups.
Beautiful stars like Liz Taylor just don't need a soft focus, really.
