Sometimes you are just surprised by a movie. A Perfect Getaway is a lot of fun and worth checking out, specially on a rainy Saturday. While the movie by no means "breaks new ground" for the genre, it is fun and effectively told.
The script and direction are courtesy of David Twohy, who you may know from Pitch Black and the Fugitive.
