Review of A Perfect Getaway (2009) by Robin T — 12 Apr 2011

First thought: Silly beautiful woman marries hardcore dork, just how realistic is that?

Second thought: Ahem...wait a second, that's how it usually goes ;).

Well, enough about that - I just gotta say this movie grows on you. At first I was only a breath away from turning it off (I kinda felt I've seen this shit so many times before) but little by little this story actually got better and better. It's not what you think it'll be, no no. Just let it mess with your mind and try to enjoy it ;).

One thing though: That old Colt pistol sure had a lot of rounds in it. In one scene I counted something like 13 or 14 shots fired from the same clip. Can't be done, it ain't no Glock you know. But who cares, it's just a movie ;).
