Great horror movie, though I will say the experience is better watching it the first time (since the surprise will be new) and the second time because you can go back knowing what the surprise was. Any more after that and the movie get s abit boring, unless you're watching it with someone who has never seen it before.
It had some great class horror elements and minimal gore. I love Milla Jovoich and Timothy Olyphant. This movie totally makes you think twice about trusting random strangers.
