It was okay until it turned in to a comic strip...between parts 3 to 5 the series took an annoying turn...it's horror, not comedy...I think somewhere along the way they forgot that and could have done so much better with the franchise...
They all have good, classic moments and still manage to be good, somehow...but they could've been so much better...if they'd just gone for the scares, instead of the laughs.
