Review of A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master (1988) by Justin M — 17 Aug 2016
No matter how many times I watch it I still have a bad taste in my mouth for various reasons the horrid acting, mostly by Tuesday Knight, many bad continuity shots, Freddy talks too much seriously he think's he's an action star now. If you could count his one liners in this movie you have a talent.
SPOILER ALERT After all the Elm Street "Brats" are all wiped out the new batch are far less interesting you feel bad for about 1 character who doesn't have a particularly great death sequence and the one who get's one had an uninteresting hobby at best. One person's death is by Karate claw by insvisa Freddy. While many of the sequences are nothing short of fantastic others are dreadful.
Ultimately it's a pointless sequel to a movie that completely revitalized the series too bad that was cut short.
