Major stepback for the Nightmare on Elm Street franchise with this horrible sequel that actually features a scene with Freddy Kruger acting like a ninja?!? After Freddy comes back and kills off all the survivors of the third installment, it leaves him with the friends of the kids he just killed.
So a new heroine rises up after her friends are killed off to face off agianst the man in the striped sweater himself. Some truelly bad acting mixed with a sense of zero direction do not help this fastly deterorating series.
