Review of A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master (1988) by Matthew O — 10 Jul 2012
Freddy is'nt really scary anymore. From now onwards, its how imagnative each director can make the dreams and the kills. Part four has some of the best in this department, including a great waterbed sequence and the jaw homage.
The acting is awful and the story is nothing. Seems freddy is just cleaning up the kids from part 3 and getting somemore, which is a shame. Still the series would get worse from now on so enjoy, Freddys one liners, and a first hollywood effort from director Renny Harlin.
