My personal favorite of the series. This one has the most creative death sequences. The woman in the waterbed and the sicko one of the lady turning into the cockroach are tops. The cockroach one is the sickest.
The girl weight lifting has the weights go down on her arms, ripping them off and cockroach arms extend. To make matters worse she gets stuck to the floor of a roach motel and the whole upper portion of her body turns into the bug.
Some of the music is pretty cheesed out but the pizza with the faces on it is effective enough for me not to want to eat sausage. Aside from Cliffhanger, this could be Renny Harlin's best.
