Review of A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors (1987) by Harry W — 14 Jan 2014
An 80's gem that can be both scary and funny. From Freddy's corny puns to Heather Langdenkamp's reprisal of the tough anti-survivor girl Nancy Thompson, NOS3's characters are well developed, including Freddy.
It's more than just slash slash slash, it's about teenager's who yearn to escape the pressures of society and how they are forced to cope or give up on life (funny because the movie Heathers came out a year earlier) Nightmare on Elm Street 3 is just as relevant as Carrie is to the modern generation.
