Slasher flicks are often a fun re-watch on DVD, but not this one. I should have recalled just how miserable a movie-going experience it was, but noooo, I just had to give it another go! Soup to nuts it's truly dire - wooden acting, sloppy editing, and boring-as-hell shot design (director Bayer said that he got his start in music videos because his reel was so bad - well add this to that reel) are the hallmarks of this passionless re-working of a true classic.
