Review of A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010) by Mario V — 16 May 2012
This film was a very good take on the original! Without sticking to the 19 scene for scene, it connected the characters in a away that the original did not. Instead of having a guy with knives attached to a glove killing innocent children to piss off some parents, there was a deeper meaning which was portrayed well in the script.
It seemed to be made in order to fill in the cracks that were left by the original. So overall the film was good and deserves to be recognized as a good remake!
