I saw the movie last Wednesday. I must say that it was darker & scarier than Wes Craven's original rendition. Jackie Earle Haley did a great job as Freddy. He took the role and made it his own by giving it a darker tone. I jumped out of my seat at least 4 times, if not more.
If you are a big fan horror movies or remakes of them, then this one's for you. Whatever you do, don't fall asleep, lol.
