Review of A Night to Remember (1958) by Private U — 01 Oct 2008
A very effective and occasionally affecting film version about the sinking of the Titanic. Although some parts of the film may come across as "dated", the majority of the experience is compelling.
I sometimes wish that James Cameron had followed this example when making his disappointing "remake", "Titanic".
