Review of A Night at the Opera (1935) by John H — 22 Feb 2012
This is my first time seeing a Marx Brothers' movie and I have to say, it was surprisingly hilarious and entertaining. It made me laugh throughout the entire film with its clean and classic comedy you rarely ever seen in the mainstream movies made today.
The contract scene with Groucho and Harpo left me giggling long before the scene was over by the aimless drafting of the contract. Another memorable scene can be found in Groucho's apartment in New York when Detective Henderson found himself utterly trolled as Groucho, Harpo, and Chico moved the furniture around.
