Review of A Most Wanted Man (2014) by Vadim D — 11 Nov 2014
It's a smart, superbly well acted, political thriller. Given the premise, it should have been more gripping, and while parts of the film were, it wasn't sustained for longer periods of time. It's hard to watch Philip Seymour Hoffman in what is technically his last major role.
He was brilliant as usual. This film is very good, but I don't see myself ever wanting a repeat viewing.
