This was an excellent film. It was a beautiful portrayal of a not-so-beautiful time. The plot had the potential to become very slow, but the captivating performance of Oscar Isaac really kept the film going.
If you were a fan of Oscar Isaac's performance in "Inside Llewyn Davis", you will likely enjoy this as well, but if you were not a fan, you will likely get bored.
