Review of A Most Violent Year (2014) by Marc M — 15 Feb 2015
A Most Violent Year is a solid drama, but not the classic mob film many might be expecting. Instead it's a patient and compelling film about moral choices and what how we choose to get our goals. Issac and Chastain are excellent and certainly carry the film, yet there is still a much needed spark or push that the film needed that kept it from being a classic.
