What a great flick and if you have been looking to get your mafia type fix on this is for you. This film takes place in NY in 1981 when mob crimes were at an all time high. I guess lacking the big names stars in the reason it did not do well at the box office.
I'm a huge Issac Oscar fan now because of this movie.
