Wow I absolutely loved this film. This is not a coming-of-age film about a 12 year old. It's a film about a twelve-year-old coming to terms with his current life, lives of others, suffering a loss and learning how to think and continue to live on.
My nine-year-old did not get the movie. This movie would be for mature tweens and up as well as anyone else who has experienced emotional turmoil and or confusion with the loss of a close loved one. This is a must-see film.
