This movie was very powerful, with powerful themes and messages. It's very close to the book and the CGI animation and use of watercolor makes a truly amazing effect. While this movie is very sad, it is very good at showing the grief experienced when losing a loved one through a child's eyes.
If you're looking for a powerful movie, I would highly suggest this movie.
