Review of A Mighty Wind (2003) by Kevin T — 09 Feb 2008
This film is a mocumentary of the folk song groups of the 60s. Under the pretense of staging a memorial concert, the film follows 3 "group" of the industry. The cast does a good job of presenting the innocence, optimism and soul of the genre.
The spoof music is fun and one song, Kiss at the End of the Rainbow, was nominated for an Oscar as best song.
