Review of A Mighty Heart (2007) by Sarah C — 11 Jul 2008
This is an extremely moving film, which has been sensitively produced. There is no dramatisation to heighten the tension or sensationalise what happened, for which I am relieved. However, because I (like many other viewers) went into it knowing the outcome, it left me feeling rather empty.
It's a little like inviting a slice of someone else's misery to set up camp in your soul for a time.
