Not horrible. It's a pretty standard cop-revenge film with some good action and great supporting performances from Timothy Olyphant, Larenz Tate, and Geno Silva. Has an anti-climactic ending which sort of flies in the face of movies such as this, but it works in a sense.
Vin Diesel needs to learn how to limp.
