Review of A Love Song for Bobby Long (2004) by Isa A — 17 Jun 2007
I noticed that none of my friends have seen this movie. I concluded this was due to one of two reasons: 1. That the word of how good this movie hasn't spread around yet in good ol' Australia or 2. Because I have no friends and hence why my list is empty.
But, moving along, the cool thing about this movie is how it takes a small Southern town and makes it into this place of pastoral romance. It's also got true-to-life characters with true-to-life problems. The movie watches like a Neil Young song and perhaps the greatest thing about this movie is that you get to see the side boobage of Scarlett Johansson. Because of this, it is probably the best movie ever. Seriously.
