Review of A Lonely Place to Die (2011) by Matthew S — 12 Jan 2012
This really is a top-notch A+ thriller that just has the misfortune of being shot with a B-movie cast. Just a warning: too many slow-mo shots, the music just comes and goes as it pleases, and really no sympathetic heroes.
Move past it and there is a truly scary group of villains and some seriously tense moments up in the Scottish highlands with a pretty interesting story to keep it all going.
