Review of A Lonely Place to Die (2011) by Martin M — 28 Apr 2012
If you're looking for a good edge-of-your-seat crime thriller, you can't do much better than this British import. A group of five friends, hiking and mountaineering in the Scottish highlands, accidentally discover a kidnapped Eastern European teenager, hidden in an underground box.
They rescue her and attempt to get her back to safety, but soon find themselves literally in the sights of the ruthless thugs who put her there, and it turns into a hair-raising flight for their lives Great action, beautiful scenery, and a fine ensemble cast.
