Review of A Little Chaos (2015) by Catinca C — 03 Jul 2015
Love story in France in the time of Louis the XIVth and the building of Versailles gardens, between a feminist hard-working intelligent Kate Winslet, widow with a self-taught skill for landscaping and an even-faced Matthias Schoenaerts, chief landscaping architect and member of the king's court.
The love does not grow easily on the viewers, since the main characters do not have real chemistry and his acting is not good enough to bridge the gap. Enjoyable though.
